Membership Terms
A member is considered a Participant Member of the association if they practice the association’s field of specialization and have submitted a membership application, but are found not to meet one or more of the conditions required for General Assembly membership, and the Board of Directors issues a decision approving them as a Participant Member — or if they directly apply as a Participant Member.
- Payment of an annual membership fee of 100 SAR.
- Cooperation with the association and its members to achieve its objectives.
- Refraining from any actions that may cause harm to the association.
- Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly.
Membership Benefits
- Participation in the association’s activities.
- Receiving basic information about the association’s activities periodically every fiscal year
- Access to the association’s documents and records.
- The Participant Member has the right to contact the association through any available means, and the Board of Directors or its delegate must respond using the same method or via the address listed in the membership register.
Regular Membership
Membership Terms
An individual becomes a Regular Member of the association upon fulfilling the membership requirements and paying the membership fee.
- Payment of an annual membership fee of 150 SAR.
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Cooperation with the association and its members to achieve its objectives.
- Refraining from any actions that may cause harm to the association.
- Commitment to the decisions of the General Assembly.
- Must be of full legal capacity.
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Must have good conduct and reputation.
- Must commit to paying the membership fees.
- Must submit a membership application using the official form provided by the center.
- Must hold a degree in the association’s field of specialization or internationally or locally accredited professional certifications.
- Must be a practicing professional with at least 8 years of experience and contributions in the field.
Membership Benefits
- The right to attend and vote in the General Assembly.
- Receiving regular information about the association’s activities.
- Access to the association’s minutes and financial documents at its headquarters.
- The right to call for an extraordinary General Assembly meeting in collaboration with 25% of the members entitled to attend.
- The right to delegate another member in writing to represent them at the General Assembly, in accordance with Article (21) of the Executive Regulations of the Associations and Foundations Law.
Facility Membership
Membership Terms
Honorary membership is granted to institutions and scientific associations specialized in the field that wish to contribute to the activities and events of the association, as well as to participate in scientific and professional production in the association’s areas of focus to achieve its objectives and serve the profession.
- The institution must be a Saudi entity.
- Payment of an annual membership fee of 1,000 SAR.
- Membership shall be granted to the institution or association in its legal (corporate) capacity.
- Commitment to the decisions of the association.
- Cooperation with the association and its members to achieve its objectives.
- Refraining from any actions that may cause harm to the association.
- Submitting a membership application that includes the official name (as per legal documents), nationality, registration or license number, national address, and contact details (including email and phone number). The application must be accompanied by a copy of the commercial registration, license, endowment deed, or other official documentation proving its legal status, all of which must be valid.
- The institution must appoint a representative with natural-person status who meets all the conditions required for individual membership.

- The right to communicate with the association through any available means, and the Board of Directors or its delegate must respond using the same method or via the address listed in the membership register.
