Within the sector, the Libraries Association cultivates, develops, and empowers human capabilities as one of its main pillars. The association provides practitioners and institutions with training, promotes and develops their skills and talents to drive the library sector forward. This is achieved by launching initiatives, providing training courses and workshops.
